01 / ORIGINAL ENGAGEMENT

What I owned.

I scoped the problem with stakeholders and end users, created the PRD, designed the architecture and built a bounded prototype with real data. The team supported the production application and rollout to 600+ stores.

The original engagement helped retailers locate inventory, offer alternatives and support upsell/cross-sell. The reconstruction below measures local synthetic behavior, not original client outcomes.
